Independence
Unlike many other property consultancies around, Rockstone works exclusively on behalf of end users: tenants and owner occupiers. Our work is driven solely by their needs and wishes. Rockstone will never act on behalf of landlords or owners of commercial property. Consequently, conflicts of interest are out of the question.
Personal Expertise
Rockstone’s founders Daan Kuijper and Frank Derikx are both professional commercial property experts. Together they bundle the market knowledge, skills and expertise that they acquired in their work at an international property consultancy. Under the banner of Rockstone, they draw on this combined experience to provide commercial property advice of the highest calibre for a wide range of organisations.

Renegotiation
As a tenant of office space, you can contact us for advice on renegotiating your existing rental agreement. Renegotiations could involve the following questions:
